Full Time Cafe/Restaurant Assistant – Bourne End
The Role
A great opportunity has become available for a full-time person to join our team in our Cafe.
Our Cafe/Restaurant is the hub of our Garden Centre at Flowerland.
We welcome all applicants full-time and part-time, however, we are looking for experienced full-time people presently who can join our vibrant team who would like a career with us.
We need people who have proven experience working within the hospitality sector, who can engage with our regular and new customers in a friendly manner.
We want friendly and outgoing people, who are customer focused while serving food and hot/cold beverages.
We need people who can multitask and can think on their feet, smile and eager to get the job done, while always ensuring our restaurant is always clean and tidy.
Training will be provided, please note this role does involve working alternate weekends.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, ideally someone who has worked within a busy restaurant environment.
Flexible. To be able to work alternate weekends.
Friendly and positive outlook.
Happy to work within a large team and work under pressure at times!
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Working with managers and members of the Flowerland team to ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant.
Able to serve customers with an outgoing and friendly manner.
You will be the face of the Restaurant and responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service, while taking orders and serving customers.
Multi-task and willing to help all our team members.
Stocking and replenishing food and supplies, and ensuring the Restaurant is running smoothly at all times
Cleaning and sanitizing the Restaurant areas, equipment and dishes.
Ensure the Restaurant is clean and tidy at all times.
